Dear Inner Wheel Friends,

It is with great pleasure that I am able to hold out the hand of Inner Wheel friendship and invite you to join the Local Convention Committee from Tuesday 7th to Friday 10th May 2024 at the 19th International Inner Wheel Convention and celebrate the Centenary of our wonderful organisation.

We are looking forward to meeting you at the Manchester Central Convention Centre on Tuesday 7th May 2024 as you collect your name badge and receive the warmest of welcomes from members of the host countries in GB&I. With easy transport connections and numerous hotels within walking distance of the venue, you will find that Manchester is a great city to explore and enjoy, with plenty more to keep you in the area for an extended stay. Being centrally positioned Manchester also offers easy access to all corners of Great Britain and Ireland. To help you decide where to go and what to see we have many interesting tours on offer – before, during and after the convention.

Known to all Inner Wheel member as the ‘birth place of Inner Wheel’, Manchester is ideally situated to hold this very significant convention. The venue we have chosen is just a few metres from the very spot where Margarette Golding and those 29 other ladies held their first formal meeting on 10th January 1924; so what better place to come and participate in the celebration of that event’s 100th anniversary and the birth of INNER WHEEL.
