How To Register

Please visit the registration online system and click the ‘Register Now’ button to start your registration. Registrations must be completed in full and an instant confirmation will be sent to you via email. Please check your confirmation carefully, it is your personal responsibility to make sure that all your details are correct.

Registration Fees

Register early to take advantage of discounted rates. Go to Registration Fees for information about rates, cancellations, refunds, and what your registration includes.


Should you need to cancel your booking, please contact us via email in the first instance at
Cancellations prior to the 26th March 2024 will receive a full refund minus an administration fee of 10% of the original booking total. Cancellations after the 26th March 2024 will not be refunded.

Registration Deadline & Onsite Registration

We encourage you to register before the 26th March 2024. Any bookings after this time will be considered late registrations which may result in minor delays in processing your confirmation and at the onsite registration desk. Please note any bookings after the 26th March will not be printed in the Programme Brochure. There will be a facility onsite to register if necessary.

The Registration Desk

The registration desk will be located in the Central Foyer, which is situated at the main entrance to the venue. The desk will be open at the following times:

Tuesday 7th May: 10:30 – 19:00
Wednesday 8th May: 08:00 – 17.30
Thursday 9th: 08:00 – 17:30
Friday 10th May: 08:00 – 17:30
