Cancellations
Should you need to cancel your booking, please contact us via email in the first instance at admin@iiwconventionmanchester.com.
Cancellations prior to the 26th March 2024 will receive a full refund minus an administration fee of 10% of the original booking total. Cancellations after the 26th March 2024 will not be refunded.
Registration Deadline & Onsite Registration
We encourage you to register before the 26th March 2024 (now extended to April 5th 2024) after which no other registrations can be accepted.
The Information Desk
The Information desk will be located in the Central Foyer, which is situated at the main entrance to the venue. The desk will be open at the following times:
Tuesday 7th May: 11:00 – 19:00
Wednesday 8th May: 08:00 – 16.30
Thursday 9th: 08:00 – 16:30
Friday 10th May: 08:00 – 16:30
